Our assignment with the client was to ensure a smooth implementation of a set of asset management solutions in the telecom sector, which needed to be embedded into a variety of business processes and other applications across the customer and partner network. The goal was to improve the quality of product delivery and improve external communication and customer relations.
In this project, Develop2Create investigated the original situation and created a roadmap for improving product delivery and customer relations. Our goal was to ensure a proper implementation of a common agreed SOW together with its deliverables, and secure transparent and compelling implementation plan.
As a result of our involvement, our client benefited from improved communication with their customers, increased satisfaction with the delivery, new recurring revenue and better customer retention.
